About
Coastal Credibility Assessment LLC was founded by Thomas J. Sypniewski. Sypniewski is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after 23 years of service. Sypniewski spent 15 years in the FBI Polygraph Program including six years as a supervisor in the FBIHQ Polygraph Unit. He has investigative and polygraph experience in violent crime, white collar crime, international and domestic terrorism, source vetting, internal security and intelligence matters. He graduated from the U.S. Department of Defense, National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA), which issues and maintains certification for all federal polygraph examiners and is considered the gold standard for polygraph training and research. Sypniewski has conducted over 3,000 polygraph examinations.
